DYNAMIC OPTIMIZATION APPLIED TO A CRIMINOLOGICAL MODEL FOR REDUCING THE SPREAD OF SOCIETAL CORRUPTION

Corruption is rapidly affecting any country’s economic, democratic, financial, social, and political stability. It has been a consistent social phenomenon that happens in all civilizations. Only the last 20 years this given serious attention. different forms impacts on economy as well society whole. Economic growth slowed by corruption, which also detrimental effect business operations, employment, investment. Additionally, it tax revenues effectiveness of various financial aid programs. So, necessary to reduce global problem. For reason, we propose nonlinear deterministic model for transmission dynamics societal corruption terms optimal control problem, using two time-dependent controls namely efforts aimed at preventing through use networks, media, organizations; including strong effective anti-corruption policy, attempt encourage punishment corrupt people analyze model. The goal study problem corruption. results show our proposed can help alleviate issue. Our findings reveal both strategies instead just one get more result. Overall, research suggests impact be reduced implementing media advertising campaigns, exposing corrupted jail punishing them.
